Readiness Assessment & Strategy Prioritization Readiness Assessment & Strategy Prioritization To ensure that your IT project, whether it involves Enterprise Architecture, Data Warehousing, Services Oriented Architecture or some form of Enterprise or Data Integration, starts off on the right foot, System Innovations participates in the early planning stages to evaluate your organization's readiness to launch the project and develop an effective strategy for moving forward. We work with management to identify the business priorities, define a manageable initial scope, develop business justification, and establish a roadmap for subsequent phases. The project deliverable summarizes our findings and specific recommendations.
Project Review and "Sanity Check" Sometimes called "Independent Validation and Verification", this service offers another pair of eyes to review your project plans, deliverables and outcomes to be sure they meet the real business requirements and reflect the original design specifications. Our carefully maintained vendor-neutral status qualifies us to provide unbiased and objective feedback on a variety of technology decisions. Successful review and validation requires a thorough understanding of Project Management, Application Development, Business Analysis and Best Practices. It can be applied at any step of a project, but is most beneficial when applied early in the process. Typical tasks include project plan review, requirements analysis and verification, solutions architecture validation and review of specific project deliverables, including UML models, data and process models and developed programs and procedures. Project review and "sanity check" is useful in managing vendor relationships, outsourcing engagements and offshoring arrangements.
